My Story

I am an artist entrepreneur and a curator based in Washington, DC. I am also founder and CEO of DMV League of Artists. My passion is to collaborate to build a force in the creative community by fostering relationships and creating fellowship with an extraordinary league of creative souls. An Abstract Impressionist, my inspiration is my love for art. 

As a (stage 3B) breast cancer survivor, I was inspired to create shortly after finishing chemo. Surviving cancer helped me decide that my life would focus on art. Since I was able to hold a crayon, I loved art. My natural talent and inspiration helps me to create: experience, emotion and inner energy, and sometimes contemplation drive my creativity. My goal is to create expressive, lyrical and thoughtful qualities of work. I use non-traditional application of paints and technique to produce original, inspirational and unique art.
